My Obituary
He was a hard working man who has lost his life to a raging flock of seaguls today... Its a tragedy to see such a sweet caring guy to go as soon as he did. He will be missed dearly and will never be forgotten.
Letter of Resignation
To my fellow employers, I have found myself in a bit of a problem. I am following behind on my bills and I can not work with this type of pay. I feel like i need to expand my horizons and go with the job offer I have been offered. The time that I spent in this facility will never be forgotten. It was a fun atmosphere and good people to work around. I hope you understand.

Gingerbread Castle
In school I talked the chef into doing a gingerbread castle as a project, he made everyone in class build a gingerbread house and when we got done we made a little village. Some turned out good and some not so much. The castle sat on a giant rice crispy treat and the main tower was about 15 inches tall from the base of the rice crispy. The house we put in it was 6 inches tall and the small tower was about 10 inches tall. Overall it was breath taking, after about 40 hours of work out of school doing the architecture to actually building the castle. It was the best project of the year so far. Chef if your reading this we did good!!

Caterings
I did a wedding with finger foods,(that had to be served on a tray), fried fish, steamed veggies, pasta, and a HUGE decorated cake. The wedding was very successful and was a a great pleasure doing.
I also did a catering for our school volleyball team which had honey cured ham, chicken cordon blue, honey glazed carrots, steamed green beans, rice, and a brownie with cake inside of it with fudge syrup on top. That was another success!! Good (undefeated) season girls.
I did a breakfast for the school's cross country team with fruit, grits, home fries, sausage patties/ links, bacon, and an egg casserole,we had some problems but those got fixed quick. Even though i had to get up at 4 in the morning it was fun. Good job cross country team!!! {12/10/08}
I went to a catering for the Historical Society that had ham, turkey, steamed carrot, cooked green beans, stuffing, and rolls. For desert we had brownies dipped in white chocolate, powdered cookies, and blueberry cobbler. I was very happy with the outcome of this catering and it was fun!! {12/11/08}
I did another breakfast for the rotary club, we pretty much had the same stuff as the other breakfast we did. It was fun and i got to cook a-lot of the food. I learned how to maintain the kitchen and use my management skills. {12/12/08}
